This morning, depart Wellington for the journey to Rotorua, stopping en route at Lake Taupō and Huka Falls. A sight to behold, the vast lake was formed nearly 2,000 years ago after a devastating volcanic eruption left a crater in the earth that is roughly the size of Singapore.
